AUSTRALIAN FOOD

The story follows Jack, who is a typical hungry lad, through a school week. Jack likes a lot of different foods, but especially chocolate and cake. He always asks his mother for lamingtons, a cake with a special chocolate icing, for afternoon tea after school. Jack and his mother have to solve the dilemma of what to eat after school!
Recipes for lamingtons and Anzac biscuits are printed in the book, as well as a brief history about the Anzac biscuit.
